eHarmony, a pioneer in the online relationship creation category had not done a major user experience revision to their site in over a decade. eHarmony had spent so much time keeping up with their success that this was their first opportunity to step back and look at how they wanted to move forward. On the heels of the success of designing eHarmony’s iPad experience, eHarmony asked Jackson Fish Market to do a top-to-bottom re-conception of the user experience and look and feel of the eHarmony web experience.
