The folks over at Clipboard have put out a new version of their experience including a great smartphone client for iOS. If you’re not familiar with it, Clipboard lets you lasso and copy snippets of the web (photos, text, videos or combinations thereof) into your own scrapbook that you can keep private, share with the world, or send to a select group. That group can even collaborate on a project together using Clipboard as a repository for their joint collection of information. (In the interest of full disclosure we should say that the folks at Clipboard are friends and partners). You can get some insight into the making of this release from their founder Gary here. However, most importantly, their new mobile app rocks and you should try it as soon as you have a moment.
