You:

• Think the internet is the best invention since bread, sliced or otherwise
• Use the medium like Miles Davis played the trumpet… (i.e. you’re really good at this here web stuff)
• Love telling people about cool stuff on aforementioned internet but are good at not being a pest
• Want to launch a career getting paid to talk about cool web stuff
• Want to get paid while you launch that career
• Have 20-40 hours a week available to work ply your new trade for the next 2-3 months
• Willing to do some shit work (it can’t all be stuffing envelopes and taking out the garbage, there’s also going out to get us lunch, and taking our pets to the pet salon)
• Know that purposely saying “internets” instead of “internet” has just about run its course
• Funny, smart, articulate, have taste, not a jerk

The Gig:

• Telling folks online about our new app in forums, blog posts, youtube, and other web venues
• Search marketing and optimization
• Running grass roots promotions with bloggers, charitable organizations, and others
• Working with our partners who’ll play a key role in making our new app successful
• And… any other stuff we come up with, most of it “markety” some small amount maybe not
